Shipping policy

Most orders ship 3 to 5 business days after the order has been placed! However all items ship differently. That being said your order may come in more than one package. (Example: Orders containing shirts & vanity plates, the shirts will come in one package and the vanity plate will come in a separate package.) This is due to a variety of suppliers that we use. 

Along with weather delays out of our control, many businesses are still understaffed, which could affect shipping and transit times.

What if my package was lost or stolen? 

If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. 

Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address due to the carrier we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or an address that cannot be delivered to. We reserve the right to charge a Flat fee of $10.00 to re-ship the order to the correct address.
