Order questions

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can find your order. For delivery questions, check your shipping confirmation and tracking link first.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as you notice an issue. Include your order number, the affected item, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions, and do not send anything back without approval.
